Event Details Our monthly Happy Hours are a great way to relax and unwind after work while meeting other ICDC members in a friendly setting. Our October Happy Hour is at Finemondo -- a chic and classy Italian bar and restaurant in downtown Washington DC. Light food and happy hour drink specials will be served at the beginning. You are welcome to come by yourself or bring friends. If you plan to invite friends to join you, please have them register on the ICDC Web site for discounted admission.
