Before the tour of the Washington Cathedral ICDC members enjoyed breakfast and a warm beverage at the Zebra Lounge. The Zebra Lounge is a warm and friendly meeting place conveniently located near the Washington Cathedral. It's been sleekly refurbished into a warm and inviting cafe, with blond wood floors, comfortable chairs, a fireplace, and red velvet curtains and white gauze strips floating over the oversized windows. It provided the perfect setting to make new friends over a cup of warm beverage on a very cold winter morning in Washington DC as ICDC members prepared for an afternoon of discovery in one of the grandest cathedrals of the United States.
