enjoyed a rock climbing adventure at Sport
Rock complete with a lesson for first-time
climbers that taught the basic skills of climbing,
including how to put on a harness, tie into
the rope and belay for a partner. Climbing
is a sport that teaches teamwork and trust
in one another, while at the same time producing
a personal challenge to be met. After the lesson
we spent the rest of the evening climbing at
Sport Rock and making new friends. |
