A grand expression of architecture, The Building Museum has been the venue of choice for many Presidential inaugural balls. On Sunday April 18, ICDC Members experienced this national treasure during an elegant evening with a spring concert of German songs to celebrate the arrival of spring by the Washington Saengerbund followed by a reception with wine and dancing.
